Description

A strategic mix of strata units offers homes for young families, working professionals, and active seniors. As a community-minded project, the areas within the setbacks have been planned with a children's playground and community courtyard. The unique form of the building provides a seamless transition from the residential neighbourhood to the busy street by focusing lower density closest to the back lane and gradually increases towards the busy street front by stepping up from floors 3 to 5.
